Sorry for not posting this sooner…

My husband and I are on Day three of what I call the “7 Day Veggie Cleanse Challenge”. It’s a super low calorie “diet” where we eat nothing but raw fruits and veggies for 7 days. We have Green Smoothies as our three meals and all the fruits and vegetables we want to snack on in between (keeping our fruit intake at a minimum since they are packed with sugar). We hope to naturally cleanse our bodies of most of the harmful chemicals and toxins we’ve been eating up till now.

** Two of my meals are Herbalife Meal Replacement Shakes instead of green smoothies because I find they keep me satisfied for longer and curb my craving better. I plan to stay on them for two meals a day till I lose all my excess weight.

Time to Get Fit

          Hi everyone and welcome to the first installment of Fitness Friday, a new “series” I’ll be posting every Friday.

This is when I plan on updating you on my weight loss progress because Fridays are when I weight in and although I am not yet comfortable posting my weight online, I will be posting how much weight I lose from week to week.
I’ll keep you up to date on what my current goal(s) are and when I reach them. I’ll also be sharing confessions, tips, tricks and interesting information relating to fitness and working out.
